Image
Reflection :  I chose to andswer my critical question four with a mind map, this is becuase I thought it was the best way to present my thought process to make it clear how I moved from one software to the next, aswell as how I branched out to other forms of tech as I became more confident with filming etc.

PLANNING :script for interview : critical question 3

How did your production skills develop throughout this project ? well when first starting of i wasnt any good at all which was kind of expected . so every time i got a new peice of equipment i would first take pictures of things to note before spending about 2-3 days just playing around with the hardware to get as comfortable with it before i tried to take an actual shoot with the equipment . i also never deleted any of my mistakes as it allowed me the opportunity to ask for help or to come back to critique myself and learn from my mistake  my planning skills have also developed a lot this year , because when i was just starting my pleminary task i would make up acts just before i shoot but over time i started to get more consistent with my storyboarding, scriptwriting and risk assesment e.t.c  but i think the skill that was the toughest to develop and the one that stood out the most was the editing which was extremly difficult on adobe premier pro , but finally after man...

PLANNING : location shot for final production

Image
Reflection :  This was a very important part of my filming process as this helped me have a look and choose the right location in terms of lighting and the general mood of the area and the miss-en-scene This also helped me create a much clearer storyboard which then made the filming process a lot less stressful.

Update on shooting on final film

Image
On the first day of shooting my film, I was able to look at a few locations to decide on the best one for me to shoot my film. I eventualy found a forrest near Wrexham and took different pictures of the forest. (Picture taken at night with the flash off )   (Picture taken at night with the flash on )   On the second day, shooting began with my actor under the supervision Mr Armstrong who also provided some equipment for our use. We weren't able to finish shooting on the second day, so we came back the following day to shoot the end scenes (just a random photo I took showing my script as I had to make sure my actors said their lines perfectly )
